Canceling renewal
Cancel annual renewal from Subscriptions & Billing. Your access continues through the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
Payment enquiries
If a charge is incorrect or content does not work, contact the owner with your account email and payment reference. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Do not send passwords or student PINs.
Previous credit purchases
Historical payment records and unused balances are retained. No automatic credit conversion, expiry, or refund is applied by the subscription change.
